"Hi there, we called Rob to do an estimate. He was timely and communicative. He was our third estimate and the one we went with and we are so thankful we did! He was extremely reasonable and he made sure to do a good job. We had his help repairing and replacing our front steps, the molding and door frame for the front door, and yes, even the kitchen sink (faucet). When they work on the faucet was more extensive than he thought, he went to the store and bought a new faucet, making sure it matched what we had. He replaced the whole thing and did a great job. This is a rental property for us, we live in Arizona, and he worked with the tenant so I was able to communicate across the states to make all the work easy, affordable and trust the work was done well. He even stayed to paint the door frame, which was above and beyond what we asked, but it needed to be done and he wanted the final product to be a good one. We will use him again. I highly recommend him for any home repair needs. "
