After they had left, I noticed that the guys sloshed some water on the floor while they were cleaning the windows, but it was easy to clean up and didn't do any damage. Price seemed reasonable for the work performed and I think they did more windows than they charged me for just as a courtesy, so that was nice."

"They showed up ready to go. We wanted the condo cleaned due to cigarette smoke. I have since discovered although the refrigerator was cleaned inside, the outside was not touched. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though. Walls washed, ceiling fans and lights cleaned, 2 overhead lights were missed. For the price I paid, I did expect a little better."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. I Originally booked a move out clean for a home I rented in Bloomfield with a different cleaning company a few months back. I planned and prepped for the final cleaning on July 15th for 2 pm. My keys needed to be turned over promptly at 5 pm. The original company I booked with called me that morning at 9 and said they had overbooked and they needed to reschedule!! I had booked a few months prior like I said and I needed it done that day! "Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."
