"These guys are excellent. Max came promptly to give us an estimate that was a fair price! They worked with me to pick up and hold my flooring material prior to install. I live 300 miles from our lake cottage where the actual install was to be done. Max and his office manager handled our distance project planning with efficiency and kindness. On install day Max and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled. We were kept in the loop on every step of the project install and Max’s crew were marvelous to have in our home; working effectively and get the task accomplished. In addition, they wore masks the entire time they were working in my house which we very much appreciated as we have some at risk grans we are striving to protect. The crew cleaned up daily and did an excellent job on the new floors. They are perfect and exceeded my hopes. I would highly recommend this contractor and would definitely use him in the future."

"We have recently moved into our home here in Vestavia. We love our home however, the floors were very outdated. After looking around a friend had recommended New Floors llc. Edwin has gone above and beyond with every step of this process. Including, the start with a free quote. He gave us a detailed estimate and even went through multiple options of carpet, vinyl and hardwood. I was very pleased with having multiple options and having his explanation made it easier to make our choice. We wanted a specific style and he was able to match our expectations."

"The work was done on time and so well that I can't even see where the scratch on my floor was. David was professional and had the expertise to do the repair. I would definitely recommend him. His information is in my card file. He is a very impressive young man."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

I have my own company and my tools to work with. We lay floors and do remodeling. We have our own van. We drink from Indiana. A week ago we arrived in Bessemer, Alabama. I have my own license to work in the state of Alabama.

"They did a pretty good job painting the walls but missed an entire section of wall above our cabinets in the bathroom so when you sit on the toilet you see a huge spot that is not painted, did not paint the trim at all in the other bathroom, painted the cabinets with the doors in the wrong places so some were upside down and didnt have the paint on the tops when they were turned right side up, painted the doors with the doors open and the handles off so that it left a white spray circle on the walls behind the doors and didn't do anything about that circle, and got paint on the floor here and there throughout the house. When I called to see what could be done about it they acted like they were going to fix it but never call me back with a date to anticipate them coming back. I paid them almost $4000 and its not done. I called at least 5 times now trying to set up a time and keep getting told they are going to call me back after they look at their schedule and never do. I wouldn't have an issue with the job if they would make an appointment with me and say they were going to come fix it but it really feels like Im getting the run around because they've already been paid."

"Just wow! I could not have hired a better crew. Our house looks amazing. They did such a great job at a reasonable cost, the neighbors hired them too. I can't say enough about these talented guys. They showed up on time, were very professional. They used Behr stain that is warrantied for 25 years. It looks gorgeous.

I look forward to hiring this crew again for future projects. They went above and beyond all expectations. Highly recommend this company.
