"The job started early April 19, 2019 and continued all day. The rough surfaced concrete needed to be ground smooth with a diamond tooled walk behind grinder. A number of surface cracks had to be opened, filled with polyurea patch, and ground smooth. This phase took half the day. An epoxy base coat was rolled on. Colored poly flakes were immediately broadcast over the wet epoxy. After this first coating dried, a sun proof polyaspartic topcoat was applied. Nothing was damaged and all materials were properly disposed. Job Price - $1600."

After erecting scaffolding and cutting away and removing the old crown, they built & installed a large and robust wooden frame, mixed 16 ninety lb bags of cement, poured in the concrete and were finished in an astonishing 5 hours! They came back later the next day, removed the wooden framed and scaffolding, and the result was a perfectly cured concrete crown. Awesome job. And the job site and rooftop was left spotless when the men left."

He listened to what we wanted and put together a free 3D virtual layout. My husband is a very visual person and this is just what he needed.
