"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. Jim Hernandez, the owner came and gave me the estimate and was also present to supervise the job during the two days it took to complete. That was an important factor that I wanted, to insure a good job, and not leave the details to his workers.  Jim was very friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. He even came to the house on a Sunday to work out the details of the contract.  He was also very concerned with the weather and kept us posted of the conditions as to when he should start the job.  

I wanted to make sure that the roofing contractor that I used was fully insured including workers compensation on his employees, and Good Neighbor Roofing had all that.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a good job at a fair price.

"From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof."

"Everything went well overall. The drywall work was some ceiling repair in the lanai, and he had a coworker who took care of that ceiling work. It was done well, but they could have done a better job of matching up the surface texture and color to the existing surface and color. The carpentry work that Larry did was very good, and I would certainly consider him in the future for that type of work."
