"It went well, and we would re-hire. They were able to schedule a team at relatively short notice, arrived promptly, worked quickly and we were very happy with the end result. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only hiccup we had was in choosing the stain color, as the tint we planned to use didn´t look the same on our wood as it had in photos of previous work they had done. This required a couple of trips back to the store by the foreman to buy alternative samples. I recommend visiting a hardwood flooring store or Home Depot to pick a tint, rather than relying on just reviewing their Instagram feed."

This made me a bit nervous at first, because often times you don't know if you've hired a good company until something goes wrong. When we brought up the problem, BR flooring stood behind their work and completely sanded and refinished the steps to match the existing railing as we originally wanted and everything came out well in the end.
