"My wife and I had recently purchased some land outside of Albany Ga and it came with a 1920's farm house that had been worked on over the years but obviously not in the last 20. It needed a lot of work and we wanted to start with the outside. We had several different contractors come out for site visits and estimates for the laundry list of work we wanted done. None of them could really keep up with what we wanted nor instilled the confidence in us that they would be able to start, and finish, the job. We decided to look on Angie's List and saw Robert's reviews (Repairs Unlimited). He came out we explained what we wanted to do. <br /> Over an hour later, my wife and I knew we wanted this man to do the work. I didn't care what he charged, I knew we could trust him and that he would be detailed to perfection. We prioritized the work to be done and he provided estimates of the 7 different jobs within a single day. The first one, the exterior, was the most important and we hired him to do that work. His estimate was less expensive than what others were quoting. Over a period of a 6 to 8 weeks, Robert and his crew did the work and provided estimates for additional outside jobs we decided to add. There was no hidden costs and every additional item of work we wanted, Robert suggested different ways to do it cheaper than our original idea. He also helped us find plumbers and electricians and fixed some items inside the house that was not even on the work order. We trusted him enough to leave him a key to the property and the house when we were gone. He and his crew will be the ones to do the remaining 6 jobs after the fantastic work they did on the first one. <br /> His work included the following: <br /> 1 - Replace damaged/rotted outside wood (all wood house) <br /> 2 - Pressure wash, caulk, prime, and paint exterior (the before/after pictures are incredible) <br /> 3 - Fix leaks in both chimneys, seal the windows <br /> 4 - Repair outside doors <br /> 5 - Re-screen front porch <br /> They did an amazing job. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

".Pete arrived on the agreed upon date and spent the first day installing the framework, making sure eveything was tight fighting. Day 2 and things really came together. The bottom panel was installed, then the screen and the door. He made sure everything was caulked and "knat" proffed. When all was done he even helped my husband install the wiring for out overhead light/fan.He maintained a clean work space and made sure all metal shavings were picked up, as we have a small dog. Speaking of dogs, he installed a doggie door for our family pet that blended in so perfectly you really have to look to even see it.I couldn't be more pleased with the craftmanship and his overall willingness to make sure I was happy with the job!"
