Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"I hired Sav-A-Roof to replace my over 3400 sq ft roof and replace 4 skylights. The Owner , Tom, came to give a quote. After meeting him and going over details about roof replacement, I hired them without getting other quotes. The day of the work the crew of a dozen workers came. The crew worked like a well oiled machine! Everyone knew their job and went about it professionally. They finished in 1 day!! 1 really hot July day. "Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. "I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. "My initial call to Quality received a quick response.  The roof was carefully  examined as was the siding and sagging roof overhang   I received a thorough explanation of the work needed with a detailed guide to the way the roof would be redone to insure a high quality job.  I had 3 other quotes from others  and Quality  was much more thorough.  The contractor showed me a book detailing how the work would be done.  This job is  backed up by the roof manufacturer.   The manufacturer will inspect the roof for quality of the job within 5 weeks.   Anything short of the high standards set will be corrected.  The job comes with a 25 year labor and 50 year material guarantee.  Also the warrantee is transferable to new owners if i sell the house.
 I provided a small deposit and within two weeks the dumpster, shingles and workman arrived on time.They had at different times  during the day up to 9 men working.  They said the job would be done in one day and it was.  The word that came to mind while watching the men work was professionalism.  They really knew what they were doing.  I had 3 roofs to do.  When  one roof was done , one crew started to place the underlayment and remove flashing to get into corners.   The process went smoothly. There were large amounts of shingles removed and all day these were carried to the dumpster.  The roof was on by late afternoon.    The drooping roof was reinforced and the siding done while new flashing was placed around the  chimney.  They finished in the dark by 630 pm.  Sure were hard working guys.
 The clean up was very well done .Tarps were placed all over and no damage was done.  By the next day the dumpster was removed.  
 The roof looks beautiful and has been tested  by 2 heavy rain storms.  Another positive point was a supervisor  was there to check on and off all day.
A few minor problems were followed up quickly.
This is the second time I used Angies.  The first was excellent and the second equally so.
