"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

He then replaced our deck giving extra supports posts that were concreted into ground. Taking time to add extra supports to bear the load with extra lagging into the foundation of the home. When the deck was done he then added a pergola which flowed seamlessly off the roof line without anchoring into the roof. The extra time taken to all the details, ensuring that it was beyond structural standards means this deck will out last us!"
