I called to confirm details and was pleasently surprised when they were able to come that Monday afternoon due to a weather related resecheduling of a job. Removed old clogged and corroded metal drain pipes, snaked the main drain, installed and secured new PVC pipes, vent and service connection for washer drain, installed new PVC pipe under the bathroom sink, and cleaned up the work area nicely. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber."
