"We purchased a 10 yr old home and hired Big Dollar to clean and restretch approximately 2,000 sf of carpet including stairs, and pressure wash a portion of the driveway. The family room carpet was badly soiled (shoe and coffee stains) and in need of restretch. Big Dollar did a great job on the carpets and we would definately use them again. Kris and Sam were very professional and easy to work with."

"The experience was pretty good overall. The employee who came out to do the estimates was a bit flaky. He wanted to show us how well his method works, so he cleaned a 2’x3’ area in the middle of the living room. The spot looked really fabulous, but it was right in the middle of our living room, so I kind of had to get it taken care of. We had to reschedule several times, and it was hard to get a hold of him. Once we finally did set up an appointment, the two technicians that came out seemed very young and inexperienced. I called the employee who came out to do the estimate, and he assured me that they would do a good job. They really did do a good job! I ended up going with the more expensive package, since our carpets were very dirty. I thought their price was very fair for the quality of the work that they did. My carpets looked like brand new. A few spots did come back, and they came back to re-do the spots. They also lightly touched up everything else in the same room. Ultimately, I will use them again, because I’ve never had anybody do such a good job on the carpets before!"
