"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"Fantastic experience from start to finish. Loi came to my house the next day after I called, she was very polite and gave me a great offer and could start the following week. After getting a second bid from a different company (for almost twice as much and a 2-3 week wait time) I decided to go with Custom Fence. Due to the crazy weather we were having, Loi wasn't able to give me an exact start date; however, she kept me informed each day of the approximate start date. Normally, it would've been a two-day job, but due to the flooding, only one of her employees made it to my house the first day (Thursday), the following day they set the posts. Happily, her employees were willing to work on Saturday to finish the fence, so that I didn't have to go a whole weekend of keeping the dog on a leash! They started bright and early and worked right until darkness set in and were able to 100% finish. The two men that built the fence were very courteous, only trampled on the plants that were unavoidable and cleaned up the mess exceptionally well. Additionally, they were kind enough to repair an existing gate that needed some minor work for no additional charge. The fence looks fantastic and I'm almost looking forward to the next wind storm since I'll have a fence that (hopefully) won't fall over every time you look at it. Great experience and I highly recommend!"

"Wonderful. Another contractor had botched some of my work and left abruptly. James Ferguson of Class Act Carpentry stepped in and installed my siding, with a vapor barrier, new windows and trim with exceptional workmanship. Everything was level and straight and well placed. He communicated well with me. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on time every day. He kept my home clean of his materials. He did the interior trim(casement around the windows, trim around the windows and floor trim after flooring had been laid. All was caulked very nice and clean. Everything was straight and level. He explained what he was doing. The blinds measurement guy said how wonderful the casement of the windows job was in that every window was absolutely square and level and there were 10 windows. The building of the deck stairs is ongoing at the moment but I am sure I will equally pleased with that work."

"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. I will be hiring Eugene and Honeycomb Construction again for future home projects. Thank you!"
