"Fantastic work . Fixed the leaking pipe replaced with plastic tubing . Will need some future work with a new garbage disposal installation. Will hire for that project . Very responsible pricing . Thanks for coming out so fast as well. Highest endorsement for Ray and his company NW plumbing and mechanical."

"I called Jerry at 7:00 am as a leaking toilet shut -off valve and supply tube required that I shut off water to the entire house.  He responded immediately and completed the necessary repairs quickly.  I appreciated his response and will recommend him to others.

"Technician arrived on time, was able to clear the garbage disposal, and check to make sure the trap was clear. He put everything back together, and it all worked again. Tech documented work he did, so I could determine if the charges were a renter's expense or an owner's expense."

"We happened to discover a small leak on our water main pipe and called Vlad out. He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. He came back the next day and worked through lunch (thank you Vlad!) to get it done. And thank goodness -- the pipe actually split apart in his hands. If we'd left it much longer it might have blown and flooded our basement!!!"

"Worked with Deep to schedule the service. I have used Vortex to replace my sink faucet. Brian came out and replaced the garbage disposal. I purchased the special they had for installing and providing the garbage disposal. Brian did a great job."

"Father son team great people. They were prompt and professional. The rates are very reasonable ,$200 for First 2 hours plus parts. I ALSO used them a year ago for a leaking pipe under house. Both times were done under 2 hours. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. They won’t rip you off like a lot of other company’s."

"The job was fine. The only thing I did not care for was he charges by the hour and he was using my hand tools the entire time which gave me the impression that he was slowing things down or trying to take his time. That was something I did not particularly care for because I never went back and used him. He was fine except he took time. Timing is what broke his price. He did fine work. I felt like he was not trying to do things in a more integrity-driven way. I would tell a friend or family that he seems to charge a fair price, but then, he takes time and that is how he builds up his rate."

"AB Plumbing responded immediately and within an hour the problem was resolved. They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again."

"Never got a call or email from them--or any other company. Very disappointing."

"It went smoothly but I thought the faucet was leaking . He came Right back out to look at it"
