He explained what was going on to me. Offered to pick up new items needed to replace one ceiling light and exhaust fan motor. He even installed a new outdoor light fixture that was broken by a painting company who bought the new fixture, but never installed it. Top quality! Very friendly! Enjoyed talking to him.
