"We didn't really want to leave things in our former home in order to stage - and then have to hire movers twice - but our agent gave us great advice about showing the house and how important it was to stage in order for sellers to be able to see how the home looks with furniture and life in it. We got a couple of consultations from different stagers. (We chose Edi from Staging Puget Sound. We did not go with Rebecca from Alabaster Staging + Design). <br /> We appreciated how Edi (and her website) discussed how staging can make potential buyers feel at home and create an emotional attachment to the house. She put lots of small touches in the staging that we wouldn't have thought of (shoes on some special closet shoe shelves, basil plant on the kitchen window sill, peaceful artwork in the bedroom). Our agent had suggested using one of my <br /> personal pieces of original artwork and art easel in the staging - to make it unique - and Edi ran with the idea and supplemented it with some sweet stuffed animals and picture frames to create an art studio/office in the 2nd bedroom. <br /> Edi has a great eye for color. She was responsive - she came out for the consultation the next day, and when we had our closing date moved up a week, she accommodated us with a new de-staging date. She came out regularly to check on how things were. Her prices were fair and reasonable. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We were struggling with exterior paint on our home. We had painted a couple different areas with different colors by the time we hired Renee. She focused on who we are and what we like instead of the areas we had already painted. Renee used the landscape our home is built upon and suggested colors we would have never considered. Orange on the soffits! Really? We took her color suggestions and recommendation for the painting crew. The three story house was painted and stained in a way that makes it appear like it belongs in this setting but stands out like a jewel box in the woods. So of course we called Renee when our owners bathroom was remodeled. She helped with the design and flow and met us at a tile showroom to select tile and grout. Who knew you moisten the tile to understand how it will look while using the shower? She also helped with the marble counter top selection and referred a company for the task. The bathroom turned out great and feels like a high end spa. Renee guided us through an overwhelming amount of choices in a caring and sophisticated manner. We were suffering from analysis paralysis and the cure was ColorWhiz."

"Seth showed up when scheduled. He didn't push me into anything, was sensitive to my blinds wants and needs. He was VERY knowledgeable. Seth got right to the measuring of the spaces, the blinds arrived quickly, and he installed them. He even took the time to walk me through how to use them, gave me tips, and didn't leave a mess afterwards that I would have to clean up. EXCELLENT! I have and will continue to highly recommend him!"
