"We have a faux deck above our front entry where the railings needed replacing.  Scott Lewis was the only contractor that pulled out a ladder and looked closely at the job.  He indicated that there might be some rot under where the deck rails connected, but couldn't tell the extent until it was torn apart.  He quoted to replace and rebuild of the railings to match what was there before.  He was the best price of 4 contractors by half.  Once he had the deck apart, to replace the posts, he did find rot that he showed us.  We told him to go ahead and replace the rotted wood.  He did a great job with everything he did for us.  It took about 4 days to do the entire job and he was at our home when he said he would be.  Even after the additional work for the rotted deck, the price came in below the other construction company estimates.

This was definitely a timely job and he completed it in the timeframe he gave me. He even patched the walls and hauled everything for me. Super straightforward which I love. Office was very unprofessional when I requested to use an Angie's List coupon that is still available online. Home Team denied the request. I indicated this would be reflected in my reviews, and one representative told me it would be honored. A later email response said they would not and that it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about coupon validity before scheduling a job. I do not really agree.
