"Austin arrived early, calling 1st to see if it was OK.  I showed him the sprinkler system components & described what I knew was broken.  He spent maybe 15 minutes poking around and turning on & off water (my system is pretty small).  Then he explained what he could see was wrong, what else could be broken, and what he'd need to do to find out.  He gave me what he saw as the pros and cons of further work on it, before launching into work that would cost me more than the initial special.  I decided not to move forward, and he didn't try to push at all.  He was professional, appeared knowledgeable (certainly knows a lot more than me), and helpful.  Clearly a good guy, working for an outfit that treats him well.  I'd definitely recommend the company!

"Kyle did an excellent job.  He came out very quickly to give me an estimate, which was extremely competitive.  I liked the way he was very detailed about where he gets his sod and the type of topsoil he was going to use and why. My old lawn was very weedy and mossy; just a mess.  He removed all of that, along with a bit of concrete curbing.  He added fresh topsoil, graded the lawn, put down new sod, and installed new curbing in a couple of areas.  It looks absolutely beautiful.  Kyle also gave me information on how to take care of the fresh sod."

"It went incredibly well. Ray Lopez, General Sales Manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, always responsive, friendly and a delight to work with. He was always accommodating and answered all of my many questions promptly. He had some fantastic ideas, e.g. a stone bench, and dark paver trim for the border, which totally enhanced the beauty of the final result. He got us on the schedule early and the job was completed in record time. It turned out better than I'd ever hoped for. The pavers are gorgeous and look even better after it rains! I have use of my front yard for morning coffee or a place to sit and relax in the evening. Every day I look at it and smile because it has completely transformed our front entry, made it functional and infinitely more attractive. Everyone who has come by to see the job (neighbors, friends, even the mail carrier) has commented on how beautifully it turned out. This is one of the very best contractors I have ever worked with. "I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."
