"Terrific. Kyle called fifteen minutes prior to promised appointment time to say he would be here in ten minutes. Arrived as promised with a smile on his face. Kyle prepared our air conditioner for the season ahead, cleaned all our furnace filters and proceeded to garage and flushed our water heater. I asked Kyle about a cover for our air conditioner as it is beneath our pear tree and gets lots of debris. Kyle suggested he could order us a cover and we can have on hand this Fall when he comes back to get our heater ready for Winter. Kyle made a note in our file to lock out the air conditioner this Fall and to place the protective cover over the unit. Kyle is professional, polite, personable making us feel Secure we were in the BEST of care, made things Effortless on our side and we now send our Sincere Appreciation to Kyle and Sierra Air.
