"The quality of the work was very good. I kept adding things that needed to be fixed and he was responsive to my growing list of needs at the house( our second home in Tahoe). I initially called him out to only  fix  some plumbing, but the list kept growing. The plumbing problem was very minor. However, he was very generous and did not charge me for the first plumbing visit, when I added  a bunch of other repairs. I really appreciated that.  <br /> He is a small business owner and seems very busy(which speaks to his quality). So the only downside is that it might take him a few days to return calls and to schedule the work. We had no deadline for the work we needed done, so it was not problem for us.  <br /> Would definitely use him again.  His pricing seemed reasonable, but we did not bid out the work so I did not compare it to others.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review."

"We received estimates from three gutter companies and like the response of Miguel the best. He came to the house looked at the problem gave us the bid and we said can you do it now and he did. While on the back of the house gutter he noticed the drain was clogged so he cleaned it.  He also noticed a broken tile on the roof and fixed it. We would certainly use and recommend them to anyone. We had to have Miguel come back out for a small issue and he fix it without issue."

"After there was little to no activity in the boxes (and we got a dog), we decided to cancel the service. It has been more than 6 months and they have not come to pick up their boxes. We are no longer charged, but I would prefer that they uninstall the boxes and take them away - they are not attractive. Late last year, I called and advised them that the boxes are still in our yard - still there. <br /> <br /> Within a few days of writing this review, they came out and took care of the boxes - just a communication issue."
