I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

They poured a large concrete patio with a retaining wall and helped fix a drainage issue we had. They also had to make sure the concrete could hold our swim spa. In addition, they repaired my paver style driveway by adding a nice design so that old pavers could be used to correct areas with large spaces in between pavers. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable.
