"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. Sadly, in 2026, that work ethic and honesty are becoming rarer every year. Definitely would recommend! 👍👍👍👍👌👌"

"Our self-managed HOA very much appreciated CE's (especially Artem's) straightforward demeanor. CE was able to replace our roof that had apparently been done poorly during its 2005 reno. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. We are hoping that it will be effective but we do not yet know for certain until we get rain."

"Didnt try to sell me new roof. Just fixed the leak and cleaned mh gutters."

"Quick response time, reasonably priced and was very efficient in repairing siding."

"great service love the roof, cleaned up after completion and great pricing"

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

"We appreciate the thorough inspection that Zachary and Andrew conducted, including inspection of the attic. From the many photos they took of the roof, we can see that they did several maintenance repairs, including caulking, re-nailing, etc. They discussed with us the condition of our roof, explained what they found and the maintenance/repairs they had performed. They also discussed with us new roof options when it is time to replace the roof. We found both Zachary and Andrew to be personable and professional, and we look forward to seeing them again when we have additional roofing needs. Susie Setser"

"We used ARHT Home Solutions to replace our roof, skylights, gutters, cap our rake and fascia boards, and to repair and paint damaged drywall in our family room. ARHT far exceeded my expectations in all areas. They are efficient and provide a high-quality product. All staff are well-trained and very professional. Everything was so well-coordinated from the initial consultation to the final clean up. I could not be any happier with the finished product. The owner, Michael Anthony, kept in constant contact throughout the project. He answered any and all questions, and provided photo documentation all along the way. I highly recommend ARHT Home Solutions and will be recommending them to anyone needing home remodeling. Thank you!"

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."
