"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. "Jerry was friendly, efficient, straight-talking, and didn't try to upsell us. We didn't need (or want) a lot of design input and had a strong sense for the types of tile and fixtures we wanted. Many of the other contractors who came to give quotes pushed design services or strongly encouraged us to purchase low-quality tile/fixtures through their suppliers, but this wasn't the case with S & J. Elias was fantastic--he helped confirm our tiles and fixtures were appropriate before we finalized our purchases, and we appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process."
