"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. We are hoping that it will be effective but we do not yet know for certain until we get rain."

"We were very pleased with Amazing Skylights.  Rich came out and after checking our exiting skylights gave us an estimate on the two skylights and a SolaTube; there was no pressure salesmanship.  We arranged to have the work done and his staff was able to install the two skylights in one morning.



We also purchased a SolaTube as our family room was quite dark during the daytime.  Rich and his staff  installed the SolaTube in an afternoon (same day as the skylights).  Installing the SolaTube required cutting into our roof and bringing the tube from the roof through a small area in a linen closet on the second floor and ending up in the family room.  Sunlight is now reflected through the tube and brings bright sunlight into our family room during the day.  We are very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up with Amazing Skylights, Inc.

"Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made. I am very pleased with AROCON and definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend!"

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete.
