They went the extra mile to correctly install the lentil over the garage door and even pointed out some failing mortar in the corner of the brick wall which they also repaired. "The work was very good and beautiful but the estimator did not adhere to the agreement that was discussed which was him handling all materials and labor for and agreed upon price. After the first day I was asked to buy an extra $400 in mortar mix and $33 in sand. Also, another thing I did not like was the fact that I was asked to pay some money before the job was finished (which I refused to do) so he could pay his workers. There was visible attitude by walking off as I was still talking to him after I did not comply. I was also asked to go out and gather some materials (which I also refused to do). When I asked him why I had to get the materials he said because he was busy. The next day the job was completed and the appearance and craftsmanship was beautiful. I love the end result but I don't think it would have turned out as good if I had not been standing over them supervising the work. The work was good but not worth the problems I incurred. I will probably not hire this contractor further even though I have a lot more of the same work to be done at my home."
