"We recommend Smith Remodeling without hesitation. Lisa and Mark Smith and their long-time crew do excellent work at a reasonable price and take pride in it, as if your home were their own. Their finish work is outstanding – as good or better than new construction. They refurbished our vintage 1980 condo from top to bottom and made it look brand new, ready for us to move in. They sealed and painted ceilings, removed wallpaper, patched drywall, painted all walls, doors and casings, put in new baseboards, tore up tile and carpet, leveled the slab and installed vinyl planking and soundproofing. Along the way, at our request, they added a pocket door, painted the lanai, reset can lights in the kitchen and replaced wire shelves. They kept the site organized and left it neat and tidy. Dealing with Lisa was a pleasure. She worked with our association to meet all its requirements. She sent us to a source for flooring that saved us considerably over the retail stores we had been shopping. If we couldn’t reach her, she usually returned our calls within an hour – incredible in her business. She was responsive, direct and flexible even when resolving issues that inevitably pop up in big projects. Her original quote reflected concern about wallpaper that had been painted over in the kitchen. Turned out there were three layers there and another unexpected one in the bathroom, all of which took much more time to remove, but because she identified the potential problems up front, surprise was kept to a minimum. She also generously adjusted her rate for the extra work to keep the additional cost down. Before we hired Smith, we visited several previous clients and got the same story over and over: Superb work, reliable people, a fair price. Most had had Smith back for more work. We hope to do so too. Believe the glowing reviews. This is a great company."

"Our bath remodel is now complete. What a FANTASTIC job!!! It was quite a process, but Scott did a great job in the coordination of all the contractors and workers and always kept things moving along smoothly. Any little hiccups along the way were handled immediately and perfectly. Every step of the way, Scott was sure everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. This remodel came out better than we ever imagined. Thanks to everyone at Gilbert Design that helped put it all together for us."

"Salt & Pepper Design & Construction, LLC did an incredible job with my kitchen remodel. I would 100% work with them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Nadav did an excellent job managing the project and was professional and communicative throughout the whole process. The contractors worked hard and were extremely professional. They even took off their shoes when entering the house and walked in their socks to the kitchen to avoid dirtying my floors. That extra bit of care meant a lot. I?m very happy with the experience overall! The before/after photos speak for themselves. Before (brown/orange) and after (grey/white)."

"We were very happy with how our remodel turned out, it was a pretty Big Project so naturalny we would be stressed who to hire but Ambry did a great job with our kitchen, bathroom and closet. Very profesional and on time!"

"no one i know would spend $80k on a kitchen remodel."

"Jerry Holder assisted Sawgrass Construction with our kitchen remodeling project. He was very professional and kept a close eye on construction activities. The project turned out exceptionally well and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. Many thanks to Jerry and Sawgrass Construction! We highly recommend both companies and will definitely use them again in the future."

"Every person I was in contact with from this company were amazing and professional. The price was better than anyone else I contacted and their work came out perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone else that needs work done. I will be using them again."

"The Pro Juan was knowledgeable and was able to perfectly replace both door frames. The communication was great and my tenants are finally happy with the door."

"I wanted to transform my boring little water closet but I didn't know how. IQ stepped in and worked with me to come up with something I would love and that fit my style. Professionalism from start to finish, I always knew where we stood throughout the process - the communication was on point and I was never left wondering when I would hear back and when someone was going to show up to do the work. I couldn't be happier with the final results! This is more than a remodeling company, this is a personal and individualized experience- if you want a contractor to listen to what you want this is the company to hire!"

"What a easy way to get your home remodeling projects done. Bronson walked us through the entire process and timeline. It was such a great experience from start to finish. I never felt like other parts of my house were a complete mess with construction. The budget we agreed on was met. Bronson is extremely friendly and communicates great until the project is finished. Thank you again!!"
