After leaving an initial voicemail, the owner Todd, returned my call in less than five minutes. He provided a lot of information regarding the pet stop pet fence including installation price. We quickly decided to move forward with the installation and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a weekend time slot. Todd came out to our home and actually arrived early for the scheduled appointment time, an extremely rare thing for companies providing services today. He quickly installed the fence and prepared everything necessary to introduce our dog to the fence. Todd provided quick and concise training that was appropriate for our puppy's age. He instructed us how to continue working with our dog until he came back in a few days to train again and check in on our progress. Todd returned twice for additional training and tweaks to the system. He was great about answering our questions addressing concerns we had regarding how the fence functioned. Overall we are very pleased with the dog fence and feeling our dog can run and play outside safely. "John's crew did a great job of adding to our existing fence.  They removed some posts and moved the fence line further out to make our patio area larger.  the installed new posts and pickets and also a new gate.  They used parts of our existing fence to help keep the cost down.  We had a few communication bumps but all in all it turned out well.  The crew did not show up on a day they said they would and after contacting John, they were back on the job that same day.  We have a gothic picket that was hard to match up but John did a great job of putting the new pickets all on one side of the fence and not mixed in with the old.  You can't even tell they are different unless you are really looking for it.  We will eventually replace our other gate and will have John's company come and do the work. <br />"

I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Very happy with their work and with the two that came to inspect and resolve my issue. A week later and no issues or noises."
