"I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. "This is my second time using the Tiger team, and they continue to impress me!!. This is the second time that I request their services. When I called to schedule an estimate appointment, I spoke with GiGi, she was the nicest must professional coordinator. She scheduled the estimate appointment and showed up during the time frame Gigi gave me. Ray showed up and performed a whole inspection, thank God for that because he found another area that was worst than the dryer vent one. They email me the estimate the same day. The price was fair for the work that needed to be done. We scheduled the appointment Once again they showed up on time, they worked diligently on both areas, they finished the work in about 6 hrs. They sent me the Invoice at the end, with pictures attached, my heart shrunk when I saw the amount of destruction the water had cause, there was a bowling ball size hole that I have not seen. then I saw the after pictures and I was overjoyed. This company saved me thousands of dollars in what I know it would have been eminent water damage in this soon to be rain season. I have not ever too joyfully paying repair bills, however there is always a first! I called this morning to take pay for the invoice, I spoke with Sean the assistant account manager, he was the cherry on top for this company. He is professional and caring. "Incredible value for amount charged. I had some rotted facia board replaced on roof corner that had resulted from a leak in a gutter seam on that corner. The crew worked 8 hours and installed additional downspout to prevent further problems. Tile on corner of roof removed, new drip rails installed and underlayment inspected and resealed before reinstallation of tiles in a manner that was even better than builder. Roof checked out fine after rain event. This type of work is beyond the scope of any handyman. Most roofing companies will also turn down jobs like this because they only want new roof installs. Many tradesmen and related industry pros aren't up to roof repair. After 3 years of searching, I finally obtained a great roofing company that I trust....Aastro Roofing. They are incredible!"
