"Replacing an aging 21 yr old 40 Gal Nat.Gas heater before it started leaking. I purchased the new gas water heater in the morning and Home Pros team came & installed it in the afternoon. Hauled away the old one. They also replaced the old incoming multi turn cold water shut off valve which had stuck open with a new 1/4 turn ball type shut off valve. Took about two to three hours to complete the job which included a trip to HD to get the new water valve whilst draining the 40 gallon of water from the old tank. In all I had more trouble hopping from one store to another finding a new water heater that wasn't damaged from our local HD stores."

It was somewhat problematic because the keys were old and rusted but he successfully replaced everything. He did not leave the house until he checked and rechecked if there was a leak under the sink.
