"I highly, very highly, recommend Three Guys AC. Aric was awesome. We had an emergent situation that could not wait until the following day. Aric was knowledgable, professional, funny, courteous and respectful of my home. Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. I was panicked when I made the initial call to 3 Guys due to the serious health issues of a family member who I am a care taker for. She can’t be without AC. The next available appointment was the following day. I was so panicked that I hung up on the young man that took my call. He called me back within 10 minutes with a tech already on the way. He had rearranged Aric’s schedule and bumped us up because of the emergency. Thank you!"

Parts were ordered and repairs completed within very reasonable timeframe. Initial service call payment went toward total payment for parts and service. "EXCELLENT!!! Miguel is outstanding. He communicated prior to coming so all services would be taken care of. Making sure all equipment was on hand prior to coming or he purchased and I reimbursed once services completed. He attached the antenna on my roof even in the rain. My prior cable company had not wired the house correctly and he was able to fix and rewired that mess to be sure great signal in all my rooms. In addition I had purchased my own Tivo and he set that up for me. He made sure each TV I wanted worked and was set up properly. He is professional, reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with and would do more in the future if needed. Would definitely recommend him to others!!!!!"
