After a severe storm, we noticed that a single room was without any power - outlets, ceiling fan, etc. Checked the breakers, and all looked good. In fact, another room on the same circuit had power. The next day, power suddenly came back to several, but not all  outlets. We contacted Ralph on a Sunday, via Angie's List - he responded and arranged to come by on Monday.  After asking me a series of questions, he quickly repaired the outlet that was not working. Then he worked backwards on the circuit and found two or 3 others with wiring issues.  What pleased us the most was that he didn't just fix a symptom, which many others would have. He went to the root of the problem and prevented what would have likely been another service call.  He explained everything along the way. he was very professional and neat. This is the 3rd time I have used Ralph's services, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
