"This company's customer service is great. The project involved laying a new pathway from the from of my home through the backyard. The materials involved were porcelain pavers (which I provided) and turf. Initially the turf provided did not match the turf we had in another area of the backyard. The team had to come back and install it again with material that looked closer to what we already had. Once complete, it looked great. It has now been a few weeks and you can see the workmanship was not up to par. You can see the seams between the turf and did not use turf nails to secure it. They used garden staples which is usually used for installing a weed barrier. I was quoted $2,800 for this project and expected much better work. "

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
