"Karel and his crew have been a vital part of the finishing of our huge project 1925 house that we gutted to the studs. From the start Karel help us find the floor finisher we used that provided us a one-stop-shop with the best consolidated price that ripped up the old red oak floor, put down new and beautifully finished it. It looks amazing. Then, when we were ready, he and his super friendly and very meticulous team took on finishing and preparing surfaces, and painting the downstairs and stairwell. Karel did the kitchen backsplash tiling and his team finished it out. It looks amazing. Due to no fault of Karel's we're having to do things in stages and we'll definitely be using Karel going forward when we can. His pricing was by far the most reasonable with all that needed to be done and provided a top-notch service as well. Karel and his folks are very honest and trustworthy. We had no concerns having them in the house if we had to step out. They were very conscientious about prepping, using paper, plastic and tarps to cover everything and in cleanup. They worked full-days and very few short breaks. There were 4 folks working the project when needed. They did the whole downstairs of a 3400 sq. ft house in a week including some really detailed restoration on two original doors with a bunch of panes of glass. Karel is reliable, available and a great communicator, email, text, calls as needed. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
