"Justin is a great guy. He installed 6 cellular shades, hung some complicated art work like a pro and fixed a few small things that were bugging me. Hire this guy. You will not be disappointed."

Experienced contractor in both residential and commercial building. Emphasis on concrete and remodel work.

"I highly recommend Renterias Home Repair. They painted our living, dining, kitchen, hall and stairways. Excellent attention to details with superb cutting in on our crown molding and kitchen cabinets. They were personable and worked around our schedule to complete our extensive paint job on time. Cleaned areas where heavy furniture hadn't been moved in a long time. Veronica and Miguel were wonderful to work with. Carolee Jones"

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"The company was extremely knowledgable and polite. Their portfolio and homes they referred us to view were outstanding. Unfortunately their prices are beyond our reach, We purchased a deal that advertised a 90% savings on $11,000.00 for up to 2,000 sq. feet of siding replacement and woodrot repair. While we understand there are always costs left out of these deals our last meeting with the contractor left us a bid of $8980.00 for siding replacement of less then 1200 sq. feet. Additionally our big deal price of $1049.00 for is now being called a deposit on the overall job and not the 10% cost after a 90% savings on the $11,000.00 they claim 2,000 sq. feet of siding replacement costs."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
