"I had a basement flood in early July, Jay came by the house to do an assessment and was very honest and upfront. We discussed what he would do to alleviate the issue (exterior grading / exterior swale / Stairwell canopy), services which his company did not actually preform. He said it wouldn't make sense to install / modify the interior sump pump system, and that would not solve the issue. I enjoyed his honesty and him not trying to sell me a solution that wouldn't fix the issue (unlike a few other waterproofing companies I have dealt with)."
