"I contacted Cox Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof after being frustrated that every time it rained I had to put a tub in the back room to collect the water that would drip from the ceiling fan.  I was given a very fair estimate and a detailed scope of the work that needed to be done.  I was even shown pictures of the current condition of my roof which looked like a badly cracked cell phone screen.  A date was set up and just as promised, the day before the job a truck came and delivered all of the materials.  The next morning right on time the workers arrived and started the dismantling of my roof.  They placed a tarp on my back porch to collect all of the debris that would be removed during the process.  I was called by the project manner during the day and was given updates and confirmation that everything was going as planned.  I left the house for several hours and when I returned all of the debris was removed, you couldn't even tell that major construction had been going on just hours before.  My final invoice included pictures of the process before and after.  I was so very impressed with how professional and timely everything went.  I would definitely recommend Cox Roofing to anyone who has an issue with their roof.  They even replaced some missing shingles on the front of my house free of charge.  I feel confident that the next time it rains I won't have to worry about a thing.  I'm even looking forward to the next rain!  Outstanding job Cox Roofing!"

This is the second time we've used Mackay Roofing, and the company is outstanding.  They came fast, their quote was reasonable, and they took a lot of time to send us photos and then get on a series of calls explaining what was wrong with the roof and what they did to fix everything.  They show up on time, they return phone calls, and they made us feel like we were the only customers they had and that they had all the time in the world to talk to us.  We have tenants in the property, and our tenants said that the roofing guys were really nice and didn't intrude into anything at all.  As far as having to shell out cash for an emergency roof fix, there is no company we'd rather work with or pay.

Our new roof looks great and has held up with no issues.  Moreover, the roof they did for us over a year ago has also been great with no issues.  We'll be using Mackay Roofing for all of our roofing needs, for sure!

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."
