"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."

"Fantastic responsiveness, especially with the rain coming in 36 hours. Good pricing, good professionalism, highly recommend that you include them in your next roofing project, or at least as one of your bidders."

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"Superb siding and gutter installation by a company that installed windows in our sunroom and a metal roof on the house. The crew, Jae, Freddy and Freddy Jr worked meticulously for 2 weeks to complete the job. They were very tidy and considerate of our property and koi pond. They asked questions before proceeding if there were options to their plan. I highly recommend S&K and manager Chad Ringold for any windows, siding or roofing/gutter projects."

"GREAT JOB! OUR 2300 SF ROOF WITH TWO LAYERS OF OLD SHINGLES WAS REPLACED IN ONE DAY WITH AN UPGRADED SHINGLE PRODUCT WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. THE NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLATION AND CLEAN UP. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"After contacting six roofing contractors for replacing our roof, we met with Michael A from HCR who spent several hours explaining his company’ quality materials used, time line for replacement and financing available. We decided to choose NCR (Home Fix Custom Remodeling). The workmen arrived at 7:45am and finished the work by 4:30pm. This included removal of the old shingles, installing new quality underlayment, new shingles, chimney flashing, new roof edging and a thorough cleanup of the old roofing materials, and removal of old nails in the yard. This was a totally professional experience. Many of our neighbors have complimented us on how beautiful our roof is. We highly recommend HCR for your roofing needs. "KNB did a great job of replacing the 46 year old roof on our house. The process was quick and seamless from estimate to completion, with a new roof in place the same week. The owner, Bj was very responsive to questions, gave thorough explanations and was a very personable guy. An estimate was in place that was very reasonable and contained high grade materials and excellent guarantees. As I had previously suspected, the porch roof was water damaged and KNB completed all the repairs as part of the package. KNB communicated well and with great response times. The contract was drawn up and submitted electronically, which added to the speed of the process. The roof looks AMAZING and we are very pleased with the results and the quality of the work and materials. I would highly recommend KNB Exteriors for your exterior work, especially power washing and roofing."
