A month ago, I needed some major worked done to my house, from siding, soffits, new gutters, brick work. I decided to get some quotes from some contractors around the area. "That was it.  Brad Rogers came, did a detailed evaluation of the whole house painting job, made several GREAT suggestions and promised to have me an estimate on the work in a few days.  I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the estimate of work.  Then nothing.  I waited.  I never heard from him.  I finally had to look elsewhere.
