The issues I had were in how things were left after the installation of the new hot water heater. 1) the little plastic front legs on dryer were broken off (from moving it), 2) the laundry room where hot water heater is, was left in a mess, 3) my garden hose that was used to drain the old water heater, was just thrown behind shrubs in front yard (it was coiled under the faucet before they used it)."
