Two very handsome men not only quickly repaired it, but the bill was a little over $100. They were amazing, polite, professional and now that a friend is asking for an AC company to repair her broken AC, I am referring my friend to Advantage. ** Fast forward two years.. my heat goes out during the coldest weekend in years. Xmas weekend, I was without heat. I stayed in my bedroom running two portable heaters. I could not wait for Tuesday. I called Advantage Heating and Cooling. I was told the soonest appointment would be on Thursday, but the young lady promised if any cancellations, she would call. THANK THE G-Ds there was a cancellation. Alex Meyers arrived and did a complete inspection. I held my breath for the worst news. Alex was AMAZING, he fixed it for under $200. AND gave me a VERY honest explanation and advice. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I would NEVER use anyone else, EVER!!!"

"Whole job took them about 6 and a half days. There were about 3 different crews of 2 or 3 men which handled different aspects and two supervisors who came by frequently. They all were polite and were also careful to keep work area clean, and protect our wood floors or carpets by using paper or cloth mats. The supervisors and crew leaders asked questions and clarified to us work they were doing when we asked. The system is operating nicely, though there was one 100 degree day which was a strain on the zone in our loft area. They will be back to do some fine tuning on the dampers to correct that. Both my wife and I feel the air in the home smells fresher and we have fewer allergic issues like postmaster drip or runny nose. We suspect old system had developed some mold in it."

"Everything went well with Hooper, not so much with Roto-Rooter. After having Roto-Rooter come out twice over a year and a half period (they initially believed that it couldn't be roots because it was PVC and did not use a camera to check) to snake our drain, and then when they recognized the root problem, they quoted us $12k for this work. David S Hooper came recommended a plumber we've used before and liked, and Hooper quoted us $4.5k for the same work that Roto-Rooter did, and then we also worked out another $2k for an old plastic water line, that we knew needed replacing at some point, since they were already digging up our yard. Despite some unluckiness with the timing of when inspectors arrived (you can request an inspector on a day, but cannot request a specific time), the work was done as agreed upon, and I'm happy to say that both Hoopers (father and son) were very personable, reasonable, and professional. Especially after the ridiculous quote given by Roto-Rooter, I would certainly recommend Hooper to others."
