"Hired them to tear down a deck that was built over a 1st floor mudroom as an emergency exit for the tenants upstairs on a multi family property. The deck was settling on top of the roof and began to leak into the mudroom every time it rained because there was no clearance between the wood and the roofing and the water was pooling then falling through to the interior of the house. Skyline construction group demoâ d the entire thing in one day and prepped the new footings for the new deck (previous footings were slabs of wood and not built to code). Day 2, they built the new deck and staircase. Day 3 they finished the railings and inspection. The total cost was 6800 dollars which might be a little more than I was quoted elsewhere... But I ultimately trusted this company over others. They were professionals. Itâ s the little things that add up and make the experience better. Bringing a tablet and a keyboard attachment for paperwork and signing documents electronically. Calling up other employees and putting them on speaker phone for a more accurate quote. Never once trying to turn one job into 10 jobs or pretend the world was exploding and we needed more money to save the day. Just a smooth process beginning to end. Will hire again. Thank you so much."

"Amazing experience with Ideal Siding! The siding repair and fascia installation job took just one week, and the technicians were punctual, friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality work!"

"I had a piece of siding that blew off in a storm. They were able to fix it within 24h, but I had to buy a whole box of siding and the new piece is a different gray color. Now I have a whole box of siding in my garage that isn't even the same color as my house. Additionally, after the work was done they guy basically told me that I should redo the siding on my whole house and was very pushy that I get it done now and at a very high price. Needless to say, I left the 30yo siding that I have on the house and will be hiring a different company if and when I decide to redo the whole house."

"I can't thank Elite Work Home Improvement enough for the fantastic job they did on my siding replacement. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their team was attentive, skilled, and professional. They helped me select the right siding materials and provided valuable recommendations. The installation process was smooth, and the attention to detail was impressive. The new siding has transformed the look of my home. I highly recommend them for their expertise and exceptional service."

"As a brownstone dweller and small time landlord, I have lots of odds and ends that need doing. I have used Patrick s services for several jobs now, and am always so pleased with the results. Everything from sinking a fence post to repair my backyard fence, to gut-renovating a kitchen. He and his crew are knowledgeable, prompt, tidy and communicate effectively - - I never sit around waiting for somebody who does not show or calls an hour later to reschedule. Both I and my tenants are treated respectfully and always dealt with fairly. Patrick is a stand-up man and I recommend him whole-heartedly. If you do not expect something for nothing, but are looking for good, honest work, done skillfully and on time, Tigerâ s Handyman is the company to call."

"Came out in a timely fashion. Slightly over priced. Broke the window as they were repairing others. He did come back and fix. But communication was poor."

"Did the repair and cleaned up well in a timely manner. Respectful of my home."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."
