It was very important to me that the gutters and downspouts were barely noticeable and LOA nailed it. The crew made sure that the gutters matched the trim and the downspouts were subtly placed around the home. They were fast and efficient - in and out in two afternoons. There were some plants that had broken branches, and some of the low voltage landscape lights that were broken off by falling shingles. So I just want to recommend that people be prepared to personally remove anything below the roof that might be damaged by the falling (old) shingles. (potted plants, bird baths, holiday decorations, landscape lights, patio furniture, etc.). Otherwise they did a great job replacing a 3100+ SF roof,and finished the job in just 3 days."
