"I love my new gutters! I worked with Kevin on getting gutters installed around my home. Kevin was very prompt and responsive to all my questions regarding gutters and the work to be done. It was very important to me that the gutters and downspouts were barely noticeable and LOA nailed it. The crew made sure that the gutters matched the trim and the downspouts were subtly placed around the home. They were fast and efficient - in and out in two afternoons. There was a slight misunderstanding on the gutter placement on a small section of the roof. Kevin and the crew were able to resolve it quickly with no extra charge. Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

"John Sauer did a great job following up with me, after the job was done, to see if there was anything they could have done better. There were some plants that had broken branches, and some of the low voltage landscape lights that were broken off by falling shingles. So I just want to recommend that people be prepared to personally remove anything below the roof that might be damaged by the falling (old) shingles. (potted plants, bird baths, holiday decorations, landscape lights, patio furniture, etc.). Otherwise they did a great job replacing a 3100+ SF roof,and finished the job in just 3 days."

"Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right.
