"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

"I love my new gutters! I worked with Kevin on getting gutters installed around my home. Kevin was very prompt and responsive to all my questions regarding gutters and the work to be done. It was very important to me that the gutters and downspouts were barely noticeable and LOA nailed it. The crew made sure that the gutters matched the trim and the downspouts were subtly placed around the home. They were fast and efficient - in and out in two afternoons. There was a slight misunderstanding on the gutter placement on a small section of the roof. Kevin and the crew were able to resolve it quickly with no extra charge. "Titan did a great job replacing the windows on our two-story home. It was super hot during the installation, so it took two days. Most of the new windows were double-sashed, so we can open them from the top or bottom. The windows were perfectly installed. The house was totally cleaned, inside and out, where the windows were installed. The owner came by and personally inspected each window before we gave them the payment. It's been almost 2 years since they were installed, they are still operating just like the day they were installed. Although we have not experienced any significant reduction in our utility bill, the direct heat reduction with the windows facing west is incredible. Additionally, the noise and dust reduction in our home is wonderful. I am really glad that we used Titan for our window replacement."
