"Wind blew off several tiles from my roof. Called Langley & made appointment for repair estimate. Jeremy came over at time of appointment and climbed on the roof, made the repair in just a few minutes, and left. Got an invoice in my email with a zero charge. It was labeled "Courtesy Repair".
