Used Dreamscapes for years, mostly with good results. Had an issue with ground moss in the back yard. Tech over-sprayed trying to kill it and we lost significantly more grass.

I planted new sod in front yard, and it was sprayed by technician (not Chris). I asked that they replace the sod and they agreed to do so. Never happened. Complained again and requested return call to discuss. Did not happen.

In December 2015 they failed to provided final year end service that was already paid for. Same with initial service in 2016.

So basically they failed to provide 2 rounds that were paid for with an annual agreement, failed to replace sod that they killed, and my back yard looks awful. Had Richard even once called or dropped by to discuss, I would not be writing this review.
