"Diego and Eber from Nprados Concrete LLC did an amazing job creating me a front porch. They are 2 of the hardest working men that you'll ever meet. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. "Ross Mayne and crew were prompt in delivering an estimate and punctual about beginning work each day.
The poured ramp is an improvement on what was there before because it blends with the rest of the patio and drains well. They were careful to maintain access to the outside water line, which threads under the ramp. After this they poured the patio proper, with a slope to push drainage into one area (rather than 4-5 collecting areas we had before). At the end they laid the pavers in sand and cleaned up.
Ross and his guys are pleasant, easy-going and careful. The price was much better than another company offered, and the work was completely satisfactory.

Not everything was perfect from start to finish, but the mark of someone good to work with is that if something isn't how you want it, you talk about with them, they listen, and then they make it right. I am very happy with the end result. The best advice I can give someone considering this company is to have a little patience and don't expect that everything is always going to go according to schedule... the weather and other factors outside your contractor's control often will set things back. The important thing, in my opinion is to end up with a finished product that matches your intent and lasts. This review is being written a couple weeks after the work was completed, so I can't speak to the longevity of the work, but I got everything that I was looking for and don't see any reason that it won't last. One of the delays in my job was due to weather, and maybe some contractors would have gone ahead with work even if conditions were not ideal, but Shaun explained why due to rain the previous day we needed to wait to perform the pour, and I was fine with the delay... I don't doubt that it was the right choice. I also contacted 6 concrete contractors over a 1 year period (3 never returned my calls / texts, and one was almost twice as much) and this company was the best deal."
