"The company called to see if they could come early. The plumber arrived and performed the work. He was very professional and every thing was repaired. He used polymeric pipe to replace some sections of very old copper line. One of the hose bibs was going to be expensive to repair (industrial fixture used in a residence) so he replaced it for much less than it would have been for repair. He located the main shut off, but various remodeling activities made it inaccessible. He re-worked the area around the pressure regulator and added a ball valve for quick shut-off in the event of an emergency. I would use them again. <br />"

"He came by prior to the job to check out the situation.  He then gathered what he needed and came back right on time.  He worked quickly and finished the job.  He was fast and very professional in his work and his manner.  His attitude was great.  He did all the work himself and when he was done, he cleaned everything up and hauled away all the trash and the two old toilets.  He was suspicious of a possible leak with one of the toilets and asked me to watch it and call him if it were leaking.  It had a slow leak so I called him and he came back within minutes to fix the toilet.  Turned out there was a defective part and he quickly replaced it.  No additional charge and he was eager to fix the minor repair so the job would be done completely to my satisfaction and it was.  I have used Al before and always had great results.  He is my plumber and the only one I want.  He can be trusted to do the job right every time and at a very fair price. <br />"
