"DECEMBER 2, 2019 I hired Mr. Martin to fix an issue in our rental home and we were very pleased as were our tenants. They were also very comfortable around him even though they have three small children. I decided to ask him for a quote on a repair in my own home and we made a great arrangement. The issue at the tenants was fixed on the first day and he did have to come back 2 days later for my own repair but I asked him at the last minute.
