She isnâ t the cheapest around l, but you absolutely get what you pay for. And repairing a scrappy job is a lot more expensive than hiring the right person in the first place. "Stay away if you need any tiling done with your project. We used MGPro Homes for a bathroom remodel. The overall work was fair (drywall, painting), but the tile work was awful. I had to request they replace some poorly laid shower wall and bathroom floor tile. Then after they **finished** the job and I realized there was more really bad tile work that needed to be fixed. Alex refused to fix it (you should not have a **pot hole** in your tile work). To be fair, I had not paid him the full amount and he let me keep what I owed him, which I had to use to pay another tiler to fix the bad work (which was not easy!) In reality the entire floor should have been replaced but I did not want to rip out the vanity and plumbing to do this. Before laying the bathroom floor I let Alex know I was concerned about making sure the marble flooring was not scratched up which he assured me would not happen. But in the end, the marble was very scratched up and no longer looked polished. You can see the difference in the area that was replaced. You could say, well, his guys just are not great with a tile mosaic, but the shower wall tile was a 6in x18in tile and it was also put in wonky. In addition, he put in the wrong color schluter (I asked for white and got SILVER) on the shower wall edges (and he said it could not be fixed) and then used schluter as the flooring threshold! I was shocked. (We had not yet spoken about the threshold and did not think there was a need to because there was more time before they would do the floor, but surprise, they work super fast and sloppy and slapped a whole bunch of tile work in in one day!). I consistently asked him to call or text if he had questions for me and this rarely happened. He just does what he wants. And finally, he never did install the shower fixture correctly. The shower head would not stop dripping. Alex kept saying the parts were defective, even after getting replacement parts. I finally had my husband flush the lines and reinstall everything and it works perfectly. So what am I saying here? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"First phase was the tile. Durning that phase the contractor got the tile down. But in the process ruined my porch with an angle grinder cutting tile, and ruined my baseboard cutting it to fit tile. Johnathan said he would fix those items and needed more money and would be back to do it. Concrete was poorly fixed and didn’t fix the baseboards he ruined. He proceeded to do a bad job on the flooring. His crew had to come back fix that but never fully got fixed. He said these were warranty items and covered once balance was paid. We gave them several opportunity’s to fix things and they don’t seem to have the skill set."

They provided the most reasonable bid and actually scheduled on Memorial Day to start the job and finished up the next morning. Quality work done at a reasonable price. Would recommend."
