After they arrived, we asked them to put in a hose bib which was not on the original order of replacing our commode seals. Brandon insisted on us not paying him for the commodes until they could return and finish installing the new hose bib which was within a matter of days. The work they performed was very stunning and professional to say the least. Will definitely contact them again when we need our disposal and hot water dispenser replaced which should be very soon.
