"Dec. 15, 2021 Shawnee County experienced high winds (70-90mph) this caused more than 2 dozen shingles and caps to come off my roof. Early morning I was doing research on Angi/Home Advisor for Roof Repairs. One Roofer and/or handyman already quoted a price online at $705. At around 6:35am got a text message from Trinity Contracting that said they would be in North Topeka area, and we set a time of 10am. Their estimate was between $600-$700 and that was in the ballpark of the previous online estimate. Trinity also said they could do the job the next day Dec. 17th. I agree with the estimate and asked them to come the next day. Another Roofing Company called about a half hour later, and said they charged $350 per bundle of singles for repairs, but they were 2 weeks behind. I called 5 other Roofing companies and left messages, but they never responded. Dec. 17, Trinity Contracting showed up around 1:30pm and was done around 3pm. They used the exact same type/color shingles as the original shingles. Which are hi-impact shingles. The used a little over 2 bundles and left the remaining bundle with for future repairs (Thank You). Total cost $600, so they were on budget and a bit under. So I am a Happy Customer."

"They removed layers of old asphalt shingles, covered the old 1"x6" board wood deck with OSB sheets and new Architectural shingles on house and detached garage. Replacd vinyl siding on dormer and a wall where the roof is at different elevations. Quality work. Site left spotless. Would hire again."

"Joe Zuver and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing almost all of the windows, and all of the old worn out cedar shake shingles on my father-in-law's house.  This was a large job with over 30 squares of siding, and 6 large Anderson double-hung windows, replacement of  rotted out trim, a layer of foam insulation under the Certainteed Cedar Impressions siding, aluminum wrapping of all the fascia boards, and many other small details.  Joe came to the house several times to make sure his estimates were accurate prior to starting the job.  At no time did Joe ever put any pressure to buy anything or to use his company.  He was courteous, professional, and very accommodating to us and what we wanted to have done.   His crew worked many long days for almost two weeks from morning until almost dark and the job was completed as promised.  All leftover materials and trash were picked up every day, and placed in a dumpster which was hauled away after they finished.  All along the way,  Joe or one of his foremen kept all of us informed as to when the work would begin and what order each step would be completed.  The job was completed in two weeks and my father-in-law could not have been happier with the results.  Joe's final cost was many thousand dollars less than several other company's bids, but I am certain he did a much better job than what we would have gotten from these other companies.  I would have absolutely no hesitation to highly recommend his company to anyone.  If other home remodeling companies performed their work in  the same fashion as Joe Zuver, there would be fewer complaints about them.  Thanks Joe for a job well done."

"My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."
